摘要
本文针对永磁外转子爪极电机爪极形状的特殊问题,在对该种爪极电机的结构及运行机理简要介绍的基础上,从爪极的根部、尖部以及外形入手深入研究了该种电机的特点。先分析了爪极电机的爪极中爪尖和爪根厚度对电机漏磁的影响;然后提出了爪极电机的三种不同爪极外形,利用强有力的有限元分析软件建立了该种电机三维电磁场分析的仿真模型,给出了三种爪极外形电机的气隙磁密和整个定子的磁密分布,并计算得到了三种电机的空载反电动势波形;最后通过对三种外形结构爪极电机的对比分析,总结了不同爪极外形结构电机的特点及应用领域。
In order to research claw shape of a claw pole machine (CPM) with outer permanent magnet (PM) rotor, on the basis of describing briefly its structure and operating mechanism, characteristics of this machine was studied from root part, tip part and shape of claw pole. The effect on the leakage magnetic flux of machine was analyzed from tip and root of CPM, and then three kinds of CPM with different claw shapes were put forward. The simulation model of three-dimensional (3D) electromagnetic field analysis was set up for these machines with the help of the powerful finite element analysis (FEA) software, their air-gap mag- netic flux density waves and distributions of whole stator were given. The computation results of back electro- motive force were acquired for three kinds of CPM with different claw shape. Finally, characteristics and ap- plication fields about three kinds of machine with different claw shape were summed up through their compar- ison analysis results.
