摘要
无刷直流电动机是目前功率密度较高的电机之一。然而对于通过调整占空比来实现调速的这种传统控制方式,电机的相电流波形是带有尖峰的非理想矩形波,这样一来无刷直流电机高功率密度的优势将得不到体现。本文将针对这一问题,在基于被控对象为六相无刷直流电动机的条件下,提出一种峰值电流控制策略,试图达到削弱永磁电机非换相期间转矩脉动的目的,进而达到削弱因控制原因所引发的转矩脉动。
The PM BLDCM is one of the motors which have higher power density. But for the traditional con- trol method by adjusting plus width to control motor speed, the phase current is non-ideal trapezoidal cur- rent, in that way, the advantages of high power for BLDCM is unclear. This essay mainly paid attention to peak current control method based on 6 phases PM BLDCM, trying to reduce communication torque ripple in order to reduce torque ripple caused by control method.
