水泥稳定废弃风化砂无侧限抗压强度试验研究 被引量:11

摘要 文章以三峡库区广泛分布的废弃风化砂为研究对象,采用3%、5%、7%、9%的水泥稳定废弃的风化砂,在标准条件下,分别养护7 d、14 d、21 d、28 d后,进行无侧限抗压强度试验。试验研究结果表明:水泥稳定废弃风化砂可以用作各级公路的基层和底基层,其无侧限抗压强度能达到规范要求的值。在各级龄期下,水泥稳定废弃风化砂无侧限抗压强度随水泥掺量的增加而增大,且增长的幅度先逐渐增大后逐渐减小;在各级水泥掺量下,水泥稳定废弃风化砂的无侧限抗压强度随着龄期的增长而增大,且随着龄期的增长,其增加幅度逐渐减小。通过拟合分析,建立起了水泥稳定风化砂的无侧限抗压强度、水泥掺量及龄期三者之间的函数关系,可以由此计算出某一水泥掺量、某一龄期下水泥稳定风化砂的无侧限抗压强度。 Based on abandoned waste weathered sand widely distributed in the Three Gorges Reservoir area as the research object, using 3%, 5%, 7%, 5% cement stabilized abandoned waste weathered sand, under the condition of the standard, maintenance for 7 days, 14 days, 21 days, 28 days later, on the unconfined compressive strength test. Experimental study results show that the cement stabilized waste weathered sand can be used as highway base and subbase at all levels, the unconfined compressive strength can meet the specification requirements. Under various ages, cement stabilized waste weathered sand unconfined compressive strength increases with the increase of cement content, and growth rate increased gradually after the first gradually decreased. At all levels of cement content, cement stabilized waste weathered sand unconfined compressive strength increases as the growth of the age, and as the growth of the age, the increase rate decreases. Through the fitting analysis, a cement stabilized waste weathered sand, unconfined compressive strength of cement and the function relation between and among age were established, which can calculate a certain dosage of cement and waste weathered sand unconfined compressive strength under a certain age.
