摘要
文章系统研究了地表水中四乙基铅的自动顶空-气相色谱分析方法,优化了进样条件,外标法定量,检出限及测定下限分别为0.05μg/L和0.2μg/L,试剂空白水和实际样品平行测定相对标准偏差均小于5%,地表水和废水样品加标回收率在86.8%-104%之间。此外还对样品的保存条件和期限进行了探索性研究。
Automatic headspace-FID/GC method for the determination of tetraethyl lead in surface water was systematically studied. External standard method was adopted for quantification in the research and sampling conditions were optimized as well. Results showed that limits of detection and quantification were' 0.05 μg/L and 0.2 μg/L respectively, RSD of reagent blank and samples were below 5%, recoveries of surface water and wastewater samples were 86.8%-104%. Preservation condition and life of samples were exploratively studied as well.
