摘要 事故性污染源扩散模型和基于GIS模拟结果表达技术是突发性大气污染事故应急系统的重要组成部分。应用SLAB模型框架,采用ArcGIS Server提供的GIS服务,运用Silverlight RIA(rich internet applications)技术,WebService技术,以及C#与Fortran混合编程技术,实现了SLAB模型在Silverlight客户端下对突发污染事故的模拟预测以及地图表达。以CH4为示例,给出了不同释放源情况下CH4浓度随时间变化的情况,以及不同浓度所覆盖的区域和面积,并将事故造成伤亡的区域范围在地图上进行可视化输出。该技术及所开发的软件可为环境与安全应急部门提供了决策工具。 To upgrade emergency response system for sudden air pollution accident the accidental pollution diffusion model and the visualization technology based on GIS were applied. The basic framework of SLAB model was introduced in this paper, which involved technologies of Silverlight RIA (Rich Internet Application), and WebService, as well as C# and Fortran mixed programming technology. In this way, pollution concentration simulation by SLAB model, map representation and analysis of accidental pollution accident using GIS services which provided by ArcGIS Server could be realized in client end of WebGIS. As an example, different cases of sudden release of CH4 were investigated to illustrate the application of the software. The concentration change over time and coverage areas for different concentrations of CH4 were analyzed for different types of release source, and the areas related to casualty caused by the accident were visualized in the map. Thus the technologies and the software developed serve as an emergency decision-making tool for environment and safety departments in charge of emergency response.
