Grey Water Reuse in Hubei University of Arts and Science: A Feasible Study

摘要 湖北文理学院在校学生人数多,用水及排水量大,有必要采用中水回用技术节水。文章以该校北校区为例,根据给排水现状,提出建立学生公寓中水回用系统。该回用系统以公寓洗涤、盥洗污水为中水水源,收集处理后用于公寓冲厕。通过分析测算,该系统适宜的规模为690 t/d,年可减少新鲜水用量以及生活污水排放量20.7万t。比较传统工艺,文章建议采用MBR膜生物反应器处理中水,该工艺流程简单、占地面积小、自动化运行程度高,非常适合在高校使用。 With the purpose of planning a grey-water reclaiming and reuse system in Hubei University of Arts and Science, a feasibility study was conducted. The planning focused on the north part of the campus, where students' dormitories clustered and large quantity of wastewater was discharged daily. According to the investigation and analysis regarding the grey-water mainly from washing and bath rooms, the adequate scale of the effluents collecting and treatment system would be 690 t/d and the treatment technology including MBR was to be used to reclaim the effluents for flushing toilets. Thereby, the amount of fresh water of about 20.7×10^4 tons annually would be saved, and the discharge of the same amount of wastewater cut. Compared with the conventional process, MBR technology features compact installation, small space requirement, and high automation, which is particularly suitable for application in college campuses.
