摘要
合理确定再生水回用对象、构建可实施性较强的再生水回用系统是提高再生水替代率的前提条件。因此有必要依据片区的规划发展定位,明确再生水利用的类型与范围,并以此为重要依据设计针对再生水用户的管网系统,以期构建高替代比例的再生水供水系统。以深圳市两个典型片区为例——南山及前海"粤港现代服务业创新合作示范"片区和横岗传统特色产业园片区,通过分析片区的规划发展定位、现状用水结构等方面的差异,识别并明确再生水回用的主要类型,以此为导向预测片区再生水利用潜力,以GIS为技术手段,确定再生水需求量的空间布局,以片区再生水需求的空间分布特点为依据,设计针对用户的再生水管网,并利用管网平差计算软件,对再生水管网进行平差优化设计。最后,提出再生水管网系统的风险防范措施。
Determination of appropriate reuse objects of reclaimed water and construction of a strongly practical reuse system are crucial preconditions to improve substitution rate of reclaimed water. According to the area planning and development orientation, it is necessary to define the types and scope of reclaimed water reuse and design a pipe network for reclaimed water users in order to construct a re- claimed water supply system with a high substitution proportion. Two typical areas in Shenzhen were taken as case studies, one is Nanshan and Qianhai area, Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modem Service Industry Cooperation Zone, the other is Henggang, a traditional industrial park area. The main types of reclaimed water reuse were determined and the reclaimed water reuse potential was forecasted based on different characteristics of water supply structure, regional planning and development orientation of the two areas. The spatial distribution of reclaimed water demand was established by means of GIS technique. The pipe network was planned according to the characteristics of spatial distribution and the locations of users. The adjustment optimization of the reclaimed water pipe network was performed using adjustment software. Suggestions for minimizing the public health risks of using reclaimed water were made.
