摘要
检测水样多和持续时间长是环境水质总磷测定工作中常遇到的问题,是增加检测人员工作负荷的根本原因。为显著缩减水质总磷持续、批量检测的时间与工作量,提高检测安全和稳定性,采用改进的10%抗坏血酸溶液制配方法和改进的干燥箱高温消解-分光光度法,于150℃条件下在干燥箱中消解20min后做显色、读取吸光度工作,对地表水和生活污水中总磷进行快速检测。结果表明:该方法采用的试剂保存期长,显色后络合物在15~60min内稳定,在700nm波长测其吸光度,测量范围为0.01~0.80mg/L,相关系数为0.99999,回收率为89.6%~107.8%。单机单批次可测水样320个,可节约时间随检测水样数量的增加呈线性增长,K=2/3。干燥箱高温消解法能满足持续、大批量水样检测的要求,操作安全,简单快捷,便于实际应用。
The problems of large number of test samples and long duration often occur in determi- nation of total phosphorus, this is the root cause of increasing the workload of tester. To substantially re- duce the time and workload for continuous and batch detection of total phosphorus in water, and enhance the security and stability of detection methods, the improved preparation method of 10% ascorbic acid so- lution and the improved drying oven digestion - spectrophotometry method, digesting at 150 ℃ in dry oven for 20 rain, color development and reading the absorbance, were used to determine the total phosphorus in the surface water and domestic sewage rapidly. The results showed that the reagent used in this method had a long period of validity. The color complex was stabilized within 15 to 60 rain, the absor- bance was measured at 700 nm wavelength, with the range of 0.01 to 0.80 mg/L and correlation coeffi- cient of 0.999 99 respectively. The recoveries were 89.6% to 107.8% by using this detection method. A machine could detect 320 water samples at a time, and the saved time was linearly increased with the increase of the number of test samples, K = 2/3. The method can meet the requirement of continuous and batch determination of total phosphorus in water, and it is also safe and easy to operate, which makes it convenient to use in practice.
