摘要
中空纤维超滤膜及其技术与装备在市政污水提标改造和市政供水达标深度处理方面均有很大的应用市场。新开发的嵌入线增强PVDF中空纤维超滤膜具有较高的拉伸强度,所制成的膜组件用于浸没式超滤和膜生物反应器,不会产生常规中空纤维膜的断丝现象,较大程度地保证了运行过程中出水的澄清度,保障了处理过程实现长期运行的可能性。介绍了嵌入线增强PVDF中空纤维超滤膜在给水深度处理和印染废水处理工程中的应用,进一步验证了所开发的嵌入线增强中空纤维膜及其组件具有较高拉伸强度,保障过程运行的稳定性特色。
kets in upgrading Hollow fiber UF membranes, technologies and equipment have large application mar- and reconstruction for municipal sewage treatment and in advanced treatment for high- quality water supply. The newly developed PVDF hollow fiber UF membrane enhanced by embedded line has high tensile strength. When used in immersed uhrafihration and MBR, the manufactured membrane module has no fiber breaking like the conventional hollow fiber membrane, which greatly ensured the ef- fluent clarity and increased the possibility of long-term operation of the process. The applications of PVDF hollow fiber UF membrane enhanced by embedded line in advanced water treatment and printing and dye- ing wastewater treatment were introduced. The high tensile strength of the membrane module and the sta- bility of the process operation were verified.
