摘要
本文简要介绍了网络信息系统的基本概念及其组成部分，详细阐述了航空科研院所网络信息化建设的总体原则和实施步骤，最后归纳了信息化建设中要注意的几个问题。
The paper introduces the basic conception & components of network information system(NIS). The construction priciples & implementation steps of aviation science & research institute's NIS are discussed in detail. In the end, this paper sums up some aspects to be payed attention to during construction of NIS.
