摘要
本文结合我国大型军工企业的实际情况，重点阐述在生产制造领域和产品成本领域推行精益化管理的基本内容，以及精益生产方式与传统生产方式的比较。
On the basis of analyzing large defense enterprises of China, the paper introduces the basic contents of lean management and the comparsion between the lean product and the traditional production.
