Desalination of porcine hemoglobin peptides with macroporous adsorption resin

摘要 采用大孔吸附树脂DA 201-CⅡ对猪血红蛋白肽进行脱盐,研究血红蛋白肽的脱盐工艺。结果表明,大孔吸附树脂DA 201-CⅡ对血红蛋白肽脱盐的工艺条件为:pH值为6.0,多肽浓度为40 mg/mL,上样流速为1 BV/h,解析剂为75%乙醇。在此工艺条件下,经过脱盐处理后的血红蛋白肽的蛋白质含量由84.49%上升到95.10%,肽含量由62.5%提高到81.89%,灰分由11.69%降低到0.27%,脱盐效果明显。 The desalting technology parameters of porcine hemoglobin peptides with macroporous adsorption resin DA 201-C H were studied. The results showed that the optimal desalination of hemoglobin peptides was as follows: pH value of desalting 6.0, concentration of hemoglobin peptides 40 mg/mL, desorption rate of 75% ethanol, and flow rate of sample loading 1 BV/h. Under these conditions, the protein content increased to 95.10% from 84.49%, and the peptides content reached 81.89% from 62.5%. The ash content in hemoglobin peptides decreased to 0.27% from 11.69%, and the desalting effect was obvious.
