黏红酵母发酵稻壳糖化液生产微生物油脂初步研究 被引量:2

Preliminary study on microbial oil production from rice husk saccharification liquid by Rhodotorula glutinis

摘要 利用稻壳糖化液培养黏红酵母发酵产油脂。选择外加营养组分葡萄糖、蛋白胨、(NH4)2SO4、CaCl2为自变量,菌体生物量和油脂含量为因变量,采用均匀设计方法优化培养基成分,利用SPSS13.0分析自变量和因变量的关系,模拟得到优化回归方程,确定黏红酵母发酵稻壳糖化液产脂的最优外加组分含量为葡萄糖25 g/L、蛋白胨21 g/L、(NH4)2SO4 15 g/L、CaCl2 0.9 g/L,菌体生物量15.31 g/L,油脂量1.89 g/L。 The rice husk sacchanfied liquid is used culture Rhodotorula glutinis to produce microbial oil. To optimize the fermentation medium, the Uniform Design was used to investigate the effects of additional medium compositions on lipid yield with glucose, peptone, (NH4)2SO4 and CaCIz as independent variables, the yeast biomass and lipid yield as induced variables. The optimal regression equation model was analyzed by using SPSS13.0 software. The optimum medium adding to the rice husk saccharified liquid consisted of glucose 25 g/L, peptone 21 g/L, (NH4)2SO4 15 g/L and CaCl2 0.9 g/L. Under these conditions the yeast biomass was 15.31 g/L, and the lipid yield reached 1.89 g/L.
