摘要
目的:分析博落回挥发油的化学成分并进行抗氧化活性研究。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法获得挥发油,运用气相色谱-质谱联用进行成分分析,并通过DPPH自由基清除体系和羟基自由基清除体系来评价博落回挥发油体外抗氧化作用,并与叔丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)比较。结果:从博落回的挥发油中鉴定了51个化合物,占其总量的94.723%,其主要成分为十九烷(13.436%)、邻苯二甲酸丁酯(9.998%)、正十五碳醛(9.993%)等。抗氧化实验中,博落回挥发油在羟基自由基清除体系中的IC50为0.46 mg/mL,相当于强抗氧化剂TBHQ的90%~95%;在DPPH自由基清除体系中的IC50为0.51 mg/mL,自由基清除能力相当于TBHQ的80%~90%。结论:博落回挥发油的化学成分复杂,其清除自由基的能力显示出良好的抗氧化活性。
Objective: To study the chemical components of essential oils from Macleaya cordata and their antioxidant activity. Method: The essential oil was extracted by steam distillation, and GC-MS analysis was used to identify its constituents. The antioxidant activity was also investigated with two different methods: the 1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activity and OH free radical scavenging activity of the essential oils was evaluated, tert-Butylhydroquinone (TBHQ) was used as positive control. Result: 51 compounds, account for 94.723% of the essential oils, were identified. The IC50 of essential oil from M. cordata to OH free radical scavenging was 0.46 mg/mL, the equivalent of a strong free radical scavenging capacity of TBHQ of 90% to 95%. The ability of scavenging OH and DPPH radicals of the essential oils is nearer than that of TBHQ; The IC^o of essential oils oil from M. cordata to DPPH was 0.51 mg/mL, the equivalent of TBHQ of 80% to 90%. Conclusion: Chemical constituents of the essential oilsfrom M. cordata were complex. The main chemical constituents of the essential oil from M.cordata are Nonadecane (13.436%), Butyl Phthalate (9.998%), Pentadecanal (9.993%) et al, And the essential oils showed strong antioxidant activity.
