摘要
朝鲜族的饮食文化独具特色,但随着社会环境和生活环境的改变,饮食文化呈现出发展变化的动态趋势。探究朝鲜族饮食文化特点和发展趋势,不仅有利于构建黑龙江省传统文化产业项目,也将进一步促进第三产业的兴起和发展。
Korean nationality has distinctive dietary culture. However,with the changes in social environment and living environ-ment,there appears dynamic development trend of dietary culture. Exploration on the dietary cultural features of Korean nationality and its development trend not only benefits the construction of traditional Heilongjiang cultural projects,but also promotes the rise and de-velopment of the tertiary industry.
