摘要
运用宏观断口分析技术、机械设备检测分析技术、材料机械性能分析技术及三维有限元分析技术等现代综合分析的方法,对某中板厂3500轧机主传动万向联轴器十字轴断裂事故进行了分析。确定了事故的主要原因是十字轴圆弧过渡处疲劳强度不足。运用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对十字轴式万向联轴器关节主要结构尺寸进行了改进设计。改进后的十字轴圆弧过渡处最大应力部位的等效应力为560.59MPa,比原设计降低了13.1%;改进后的法兰叉最大应力部位的等效应力为181.41MPa,比原设计降低了13.0%。
The methods of modern comprehensive analysis were used to analyze the fracture cause on the cross shaft of the universal coupling in main drive system of 3500 rolling mill,such as the macro-fracture analysis,the mechanical equipment detection,material mechanical properties analysis and three dimensional finite element analysis.The analysis shows that the main reason is the cross-shaft fatigue strength at the circular transition is insufficient.ANSYS Workbench,the finite element analysis software,was used to improve the main structure size of the universal coupling joint.The max equivalent stress at the circular transition of the cross shaft is 560.59MPa andis reduced by 13.1% after the improvement design.The max equivalent stress of the flange and fork is 181.41MPa and is decreased by 13.0% compared with the original design.
