摘要 对多层复合材料飞轮进行动态特性及应力有限元分析,研究其固有频率、应力以及位移分布。结合复合材料飞轮转子的结构特点,建立基于各项异性对称结构理论的计算模型,得到飞轮转子在工作转速下应力和位移的解析公式。建立飞轮转子有限元分析模型,对飞轮转子轮缘任一点的径向、环向应力及动态特性进行较为全面的仿真分析。结果表明,应力结果的安全系数和动态分析的固有频率均满足设计要求。该分析结果可为飞轮的设计制造提供重要参考。 Dynamic characteristics and stress analysis of Multilayer composite flywheel to study its natural frequency, stress and displacement distribution was investigated. A finite element analysis on dynamic characteristics and stress of Multilayer composite flywheel has been made to study its natural frequency, stress and displacement distribution. Combined with composite flywheel the rotor structure characteristics, a calculation model was established on the basis of anisotropy symmetric theory. The analytic formulas of flywheel rotor at working speed were obtained. The FEA model of the flywheel rotor was established. The radial,hoop stress, radial displacement and dynamic characteristics at a random point of inner and outer layer of flywheels were analyzed completely.The results indicate that the safety factor and the natural frequency met the design requirements ,provided an important reference for flywheel design.
