摘要
齿轮测量中心机械结构存在制造和安装误差,在测量时产生的运动误差影响齿轮测量精度。针对自主开发的HY 300型齿轮测量中心,为减小齿轮测量中心的几何结构误差对测量精度的影响,应用多体系统拓扑分析方法,分析并指出了测量中心的27项几何误差参数,对齿轮测量中心的各个部件进行运动学描述,建立了系统的拓扑结构和几何运动误差模型,推导出包含27项几何误差的精密测量方程式和不含误差的理想测量方程式,为后续测量中心齿轮测量结果的误差补偿和仿真分析提供理论基础。
Geometry and installation tolerances of gear measuring center cause some loss of precision To reduce the effect of geometry error of gear measuring center for the homegrown HY type 300 gear measuring center on the measurement accuracy, according to multi body system analysis method, the 27 geometry errors of the gear measuring center were analyzed, then the calculation equations about precision measure and ideal measure had been deduced. It provided theoretical foundation for error compensation of the gear measuring result.
