摘要 研究了环境温度对交叉杆并联机床加工精度的影响。采用闭环矢量法建立了该并联机床的运动学反解方程,并基于该方程通过优化算法建立了该机床的位姿误差模型,分析并比较了由环境温度变化引起的机床加工误差。研究表明,环境温度变化产生的驱动杆杆长误差相对较大,使得并联机床加工精度降低,由环境温度引起的机床加工误差在误差分析与补偿过程中是不可以被忽略的。为了提高并联机床的加工精度,必须对其工作环境温度进行控制或进行温度补偿。 Machining accuracy of the cross -bar parallel machine tool under the influence of ambient temperature was investigated. The kinematics equation was established using clased-loop vector method. Based on the equation, a position- pose error model of parallel machine tool was set up by optimization algorithm. The machining error caused by algorithm temperature changes was analyzed and compared. Research shows that length error of driving link generated by temperature is relatively large, which reduces the machining accuracy of parallel machine tool. Therefore, machining error caused by the temperature can not be ignored during error analysis and compensation. In order to improve parallel machine tool's machining accuracy, the operating temperature must be controlled or temperature compensation must be used.
