减震器孔加工设备关键技术研究

摘要 针对减震器孔加工中生产节拍高、尺寸公差、位置精度要求高等特点,设计出双套导向结构的气、液相结合冲孔机构,其具有加工效率高、加工质量好等优点,并且在设计过程中采用ANSYS/LS—DYNA对冲孔全过程进行数值模拟,得到工件隆起处最大位移和冲裁力与冲头进给速度的关系曲线,其得出高效合理的加工参数,保证减震器孔加工在节能、高效的前提下完成,并且这样的数值模拟技术合理确定了冲孔加工的冲头进给速度、确切的冲裁力等主要技术参数可以大幅减少生产成本。 In allusion to the processing of the shock absorber's hole that has the characteristics like high production rhythm, dimensional tolerance and positional accuracy and so on , a gas-liquid combination punching mechanism with two different guide structures is designed, which has high processing efficiency and good processing quality and other advantages. Numerical simulation of the whole punching process is proceeded with ANSYSAS---DYNA, by which the relationship of the maximal displacement of workpiece bump with the blanking force and the feed speed of punch are established, and the efficient and reasonable machining parameter are confirmed. Under the premise of high efficiency and energy saving, the feed speed of punch and exact blanking force and other main technical parameters are confirmed reasonably l which can reduce the production cost greatly.
