摘要
传统柔性铰链四边形结构很难实现大的位移变形,故其应用领域受到一定的限制。通过分析变截面杆件的变形刚度,利用变截面杆件组合形式,得到几种既可以保证变形刚度又可以实现大变形的柔顺四杆机构。利用MATLAB计算分析各机构变形刚度随尺寸参数的变化关系,得到尺寸参数对机构刚度性能的影响,确定机构刚度的主要影响参数,并通过比较几种机构在受相同作用力的条件下变形与尺寸参数的对照关系,得出两种柔顺四杆机构各自的应用场合。
The traditional quadrilateral flexible hinge structure is difficult to achieve a large deformation, and the scope of its application has been limited. Analysis of variable crass-section rod deformation stiffness, uses the combinations of variable cross-section rod getting three flexible bodies. Using MATLAB to analyze and calculate the deformation stiffness of the bodies with the relationship of the size parameters, comes out the performance impact of the size parameters. It compares the two bodies deformation which the size of the contrast relationship in force under the same conditions. Two kinds of structures for different applications are also given.
