容积测量方法研究

Research on the Method of Capacity Measurement

简要阐述了容积测量的常用方法。在气体压力不高、环境温度变化很小情况下,提出了用气体标定法测量容积的简化方法。介绍了气体标定法测试系统的组成。提供了容积测量结果不确定度的建模、分量计算、合成评定标准不确定的评定和数据处理方法。结合工程实际情况,提出了气体标定法测量容积的试验程序及要求,给出了容积不确定度的算例。气体标定法具有操作简单、测量精度高等优点,能满足气体实验系统容积的测量要求。

The common method of capacity measurement is brief introduced. Simple method for determining the internal volume of gas test system is presented according to gas pressure and environment temperature. The constitution of test system is described. The computer program is designed and made up to solve the complex problem of calculation and realize the standardization and procedure. The requirements of measurement system are presented, the utility of the associated methodology is demonstrated by applications to example. This measurement method has advantages of simple operation and higher precision. It satisfies the requirements of gas test system volume measurement.
