Failure Information Statistic and Its Application in the Maintain Decision

摘要 对故障信息的深度统计分析,为求解维修间隔期、维修内容、维修资源配置等决策优化问题提供可靠性和维修性的基本模型。描述了故障信息的宏观统计方法和微观统计方法,给出了日历统计、时间统计和BIT统计的分布函数,并讨论了相应的维修对策。研究了两种结合故障信息统计方法的维修决策模型,一种是基于可用度和费用的优化模型,另一种是基于维修时间和征兆率的维修决策模型。最后采用典型事例说明了所提出方法和模型的有效性。 Statistical analysis of the depth of the fault information could provide a basic model of reliability and maintainability for optimizing problems of solving the maintenance interval of maintenance, maintenance vontent, allocation of resources and so on. Based on the macro-statistic and the micro-statistic, the failure information statistic method and models are given here. The day-statistic, time-statistic, BIT statistic are stated, and their distributing functions are shown to find out the proper maintain strategies. Two maintain decision models are proposed for the maintain optimization. One is related with the availability and the maintain fare, and the other is described with the maintain time and the premonition rate. The examples or applications are given to show the effectiveness of our methods and models, respectively.
