长期大量饮酒导致的酒精性肝病是一类常见的危害人类健康的疾病,目前尚无确切的治疗方法。近年来,中草药在预防和治疗酒精性肝病方面的潜在疗效引起了人们的广泛关注。本文就近年来中草药在预防和治疗酒精性肝损伤方面的研究做一综述。

Long- term excess alcohol exposure lead to alcoholic liver disease （ALD） - a global health problem without effective therapeutic approach. ALD was increasingly considered as a complex and multifaceted pathological process, involving oxidative stress, inflammation and the interaction of other factors. Over the past decade, herbal medicines attracted much attention as potential therapeutic agents in the prevention and treatment of ALD. The current available knowledge on herbal medicines used to prevent or treat ethanol - induced liver injury was discussed.
