摘要
采用三维电极电化学方法对合成PPS废水进行处理,主要通过单因素试验和正交试验考察了初始pH、电极电流、极板间距、曝气强度、电解时间对于该PPS废水CODCr去除效果的影响,并在最佳条件下测试实验效果。结果表明:当在pH=8,电解电流为1 A,极板间距为8 cm,曝气强度为0.8 L/min,以8 g/L Na2SO4作为支持电解质电解100 min时,废水CODCr去除率可以达到54.3%。由正交试验得出影响CODCr去除率各因素的主次关系为:电极电流>初始pH>极板间距>曝气强度>电解时间。这充分说明三维电极法处理PPS废水是行之有效的方法,值得进一步研究。
The study on the treatment of PPS wastewater using three - dimensional electrode system was mainly carried out. The single - factor experiments and orthogonal experiments of the CODcr removal efficiency for PPS synthetic wastewater affected by the factors including the initial pH, electrolytic current, electrode spacing, aeration intensity, and electrolytic time were conducted and analyzed. The best reaction conditions of PPS synthetic wastewater treated by three - dimensional electrode process with 8 g/L Na2SO4 which was used as supporting electrolyte electrolyte in the reaction system were that the initial pH was 8, electrolytic current was 1 A, electrode spacing was 8 cm, aeration intensity was 0. 8 L/min, and electrolytic time was 100 min. In addition, it turned out that the CODcr removal rate for PPS synthetic wastewater reached 54. 3% under the best condition, the primary and secondary relations of various factors were also demonstrated, and the removal of CODcr in PPS synthetic wastewater by this method was an efficient way and deserves further study.
