摘要
介绍了检测钢制埋地管道阴极保护效果的埋片法,通过对某天然气埋地管道干线典型土壤环境检查片埋设测试探讨各埋设点保护度和腐蚀速率的差异。研究发现,交直流杂散电流是引起部分管道段保护度偏低的主要原因,并可能使得阴极保护系统失效。结果表明,埋片法作为一种较直观的金属土壤腐蚀测试方法,能够取得预期的效果。
The coupon technology for detection of protective degree of applied cathodic protection for buried plpehne was described. The differences of protection degree and corrosion rate among all the samples were analyzed along a whole pipeline by coupon technology. The results indicated that the AC and DC electric interference could be the main reason to the low -protection degree. In additions, it made the cathodic protection system failure. Studies showed that the coupon technology could achieve the desired effect intuitively.
