导师制教学是有效提高人才培养质量的重要方法。针对精细化工专业的高职学生培养过程中存在的问题,本文主要从导师制的实施原则,合作企业的选择等几个方面进行了阐述。推行导师制既有利于专业教师的个人成长,更有利于高质量技能型精细化工人才的培养,具有积极的意义。

Tutorial system was effective way to improve the quality of talent cultivation. For the problem of training on higher vocational students of fine chemical specialty, several parts on the implement principle of tutorial system and the choice of cooperative enterprise were mainly discussed. The implement principle of tutorial system was beneficial for the advance of teacher and the training on higher vocational students of fine chemical specialty, which had the positive significance.
