摘要
分别以100℃烘干的盱眙凹凸棒,质量比均为1∶1的盱眙凹凸棒和活性白土复合物、活性白土和临泽凹凸棒复合物以及盱眙凹凸棒和临泽凹凸棒复合物为脱色剂,剂油比为1∶8,进行了汽油脱色,活化温度对盱眙凹凸棒脱色率的影响研究。结果表明,盱眙凹凸棒脱色率最佳,为75.48%;活化温度为300℃时脱色率为77.42%。最后利用FT-IR和TEM技术对盱眙凹凸棒脱色剂进行了表征。
After drying at 100 ℃, using Xuyi attapulgite, complexes of 50%Xuyi attapulgite and 50%activated clay, complexes of 50%(wt) activated clay and 50%Linze attapulgite or complexes of 50%Xuyi attapulgite and 50%Linze attapulgite as discolouring agents, gasoline was respectively decolored at the ratio of discolouring agent to gasoline 1:8. And the influence of activation temperature on decolorization rate of Xuyi attapulgite was studied. The results show that the decolorization rate of Xuyi attapulgite is the best, can reach 75.48%. When optimal activation temperature is 300 ℃, the decolorization rate can reach 77.42%. Finally, Xuyi attapulgite was characterized by FT-IR and TEM techniques.
