摘要
通过聚糠醛吸附亚甲基蓝水溶液,从两个方面研究了聚糠醛对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能的影响因素,一方面是在制备聚糠醛过程中加入不同的硫酸量,另一方面是聚糠醛在不同的温度下进行煅烧。通过记录的吸附数据建立亚甲基蓝吸附量Q与加入不同硫酸量样品随时间t的变化关系并绘制成图。通过分析,结果表明加入硫酸量为50 mL制备的聚糠醛吸附亚甲基蓝的性能较好;在300℃煅烧下,聚糠醛吸附亚甲基蓝的性能较好。
Factors affecting adsorption performance of poly furfural for methylene blue were studied from two aspects including sulfuric acid dosage in the preparation process of poly furfural and calcination temperature of poly furfural. By recording the adsorption data, change relationship between methylene blue adsorption quantity Q with adding sulfuric acid dosage over time was established. The analysis results show that,when sulfuric acid dosage is 50 mL and calcination temperature of poly furfural is at 300 ℃,adsorption performance of prepared poly furfural for methylene blue is the best.
