炼厂常减压换热网络优化及低温余热利用 被引量:3

摘要 利用夹点技术,针对模拟的现有网络基础,对某炼油厂的常减压换热网络进行细节分析和问题诊断,找出了根源所在,并针对换热网络,根据当前情况提出了改造方案,最后经过统筹考虑,决定采用并进行改造,同时回收改造后的系统余热,进一步节省了能量。然后,对整个改造的投资与效益进行分析计算,得出了整个改造项目所需的投资回收期和大概投资额。最后,火用分析改造前后的常减压换热网络,分别计算出了网络的火用效率和火用损失,分析了换热网络改造的效果。 The heat exchange net in CDU/VDU was investigated and diagnosed by pinch technology based on the net simulation. The reconstruction scheme of the heat exchanger network was put forward and carried out based on current conditions by comprehensive consideration, and then waste heat of the system was recovered. The benefits and capital costs were estimated. At last, exergy analysis of changed atmosphere vacuum distillation heat exchange net and unchanged net was carried out, exergy efficiency and exergy lose were obtained,the effect of net retrofit was analyzed.
