摘要 近年来,随着我国社会经济的飞速发展,石油化工产业得到不断发展,石油化工装置的规模也不断扩大。化工装置的管道设计直接关系到设备的正常运转以及工作人员的人身安全,就必须对其进行合理设计。由于石油化工装置管道的设计要求较为苛刻,同时受到多种因素的共同制约,若设计不当,势必造成严重安全事故,如空气中毒以及火灾爆炸等。以首先阐述石油化工装置工艺管道在设计时应注意的问题,重点探讨其设计的合理性,以望对后期管道设计人员提供一定的借鉴。 In recent years, with the rapid development of our social economy, petroleum and chemical industry has been developing, the scale of petrochemical plants also expands continually. Chemical plant piping design is directly related to the normal operation of the equipment and personal safety of the staff, so the reasonable design of chemical plant piping is very important. Because the design requirements of petrochemical plant piping are more stringent, petrochemical plant piping design is restricted by a variety of factors. If the design is improper, serious safety accidents will happen, such as air poisoning, fire and explosion. In this paper, the problems that should pay attention in the design of petrochemical plant process piping were introduced, the rationality of the design was discussed, which can provide a reference for pipeline design personnel.
