摘要 动力工程及工程热物理学科是上海理工大学最主要的学科之一,教师队伍的学术水平对于该学科的发展十分重要.h指数是近年提出的评价科研人员学术水平的一种方法.基于h指数,依据中国知网和Web of Science这两个文献数据库,分析了上海理工大学该学科教授和副教授的学术影响力,并与国内其它11所代表性学校同学科的情况进行了比较.研究结果表明,上海理工大学该学科教授、副教授的总体学术影响力在国内的地位优于教育部2012年学科评估结果,但与其它代表性学校相比而言,高学术影响力(h指数≥20)的教授比例偏低,平均学术影响力不高,副教授缺少高学术影响力的(h指数≥10)、有潜力的人才,教授和副教授的平均国际学术影响力都不高.这些将会对上海理工大学该学科今后的发展带来一定阻碍. Power engineering and engineering thermalphysics is one of the main disciplines in shanghai University for Science and Technology (USST). The research level of professors engaging in this discipline plays a key role for the discipline development. The h-index is a new method to evaluate the research level of scientists, and was used to evaluate the research level of those professors based on the data collected from the Web of Science and China Knowledge Resource Integrated Data Base (CNKI). The results were compared with those of other 11 domestic representative universities. It shows that the overall academic influences of those professors in USST are better than the 2012 discipline evaluation result from the Ministry of Education. But compared with other universities, the proportion of professors with high academic influence (h index ≥ 20)is low and the average academic influence is not high. The lack of associate professors with high academic influence( h index ≥10)is also found, and this brings low average international academic influence. These will strongly affect the development of the discipline in USST.
