The Forest Fire Prevention Measures and Effect of the Collective Forest Right System Reform in Fujian Province

国家推出集体林权改革制度后,福建省率先响应国家的号召在省内开展了相应的制度改革,获得了良好的成效。该文对福建省实行集体林权制度后的森林防火现状、制度实施前期遇到的问题以及福建省面对困难时所采取的应对措施进行了阐述。

After the state introduced the collective forest right reform, Fujian first carried out the reform of forestry property right system. This paper discussed the forest fire prevention situation after implementation of collective forest rights system for Fujian Province, the problems in the system implementation process and the measures in the face of difficulties were introduced.
