闽北农村生态文明建设研究

A Study of Construction of Minbei's Rural Ecological Civilization

文章以福建省南平市为样本,通过分析闽北农村生态文明建设面临的挑战、产生问题的原因,提出了加强宣传教育,积极培育农村"生态人";转变发展方式,大力发展绿色生态产业;健全法律制度,强化农村环境监控和执法;凝聚各方力量,加大对农村生态文明建设投入;注重统筹协调,提高农村生态文明建设水平;重视科技创新,为农村生态文明建设提供重要支撑的对策。

With Nanping municipality in Fujian as a case, the challenge facing and the cause of the problems in Minbei＇s rural ecological civilization construction are analyzed. It is put forward that the publicity and education should be strength- ened to cultivate rural ＂ecological man＂ actively, the development pattern should be transformed to develop the green ecolog- ical industry vigorously, the legal system should be improved to strengthen the rural environmental monitoring and law en- forcement, all forces should be united to increase investment in rural ecological civilization construction, some overall coordi- nation should be made to improve the level of rural ecological civilization construction and attention should be paid to scientific and technological innovation in order to provide an important support for the rural ecological civilization construction.
