泰州医药有限公司作为位于国家级医药高新区———中国医药城的江苏省大型药品批发企业、泰州地区医药商品批发企业龙头老大,经营规模近年得到了快速发展。通过深入公司进行调研,在了解其运营现状和对其进行SWOT分析的基础上,分析公司和医药流通企业发展绿色物流存在的问题,并提出了医药流通企业———泰州医药有限公司发展绿色物流的对策。
