专业化进程中辅导员专业伦理状况调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Conditions of Counselors' Professional Ethics in the Process of Professionalization

通过抽样对部分专职辅导员、在校大学生与社会人员调查,发现当下大多数辅导员在不断适应专业化的要求,职业意识逐步增强、服务精神日益强化,自我专业伦理构建趋向明显,但辅导员队伍专业伦理规范尚不明确,专业伦理构建动力仍然不足,加强专业道德建设刻不容缓。

Through sampling investigation on the part of full-time counselors,college students and social workers,it is found that most of instructors constantly adapt to the professional requirements,their occupation consciousness strengthens gradually,their spirit of service increases constantly and their professional ethics trend gets obvious. However,the professional ethics norm of counselor team is not clear and the force of constructing professional ethics is still insufficient,it is immediate to strengthen professional ethics construction.
