Effect of the Matrix on the Wear and Friction Performance of Silicon Carbide and Graphite Particulates Reinforcing Aluminum Matrix Composite

摘要 研究了基体种类对 Si C和石墨 ( Gr)颗粒混杂增强铝基复合材料的摩擦磨损性能的影响。各种铝基体的混杂复合材料的耐磨性有明显差异 ,纯铝基混杂复合材料具有最好的耐磨性 ,其次是 A356,2 0 2 4和 60 61为基体的混杂复合材料。 WT10.BZ]Effect of various matrixes, namely pure Al, 6061Al, 2024Al and 356Al, on wear performance of Al/SiC+Gr was found to be different. The turn of the wear rate of these matrix composites is pure Al matrix, 356Al matrix, 2024Al matrix and 6061Al matrix. It is remarkable that the hybrid composite with a pure Al matrix has the best wear resistant. The analysis of results showed that plasticity of the matrix controls the wear rate of these composites, because plasticity of composites affects the wear performance more than hardness when 20vol% SiC was added in these composites.
