摘要
基于三维可视化技术在煤炭行业中的研究现状,以巷道开拓时期为切入点,从矿区地形、地质、巷道布置情况等多方面出发,利用3D MAX三维建模技术,结合创建地形、NURBS曲面等3D MAX内置工具,实现了对矿区地形、地貌,巷道等生产系统的虚拟展示;并结合了NURBS曲面建模技术需求存储容量较少、自我包容式较高、曲面CV可调等优点,对巷道在以后生产过程中出现的底鼓、垮落、围岩挤压等变形情况,创造实时仿真条件。
Based on the research status of 3D visualization technology in the coal industry, using the 3D MAX modeling technology and 5D MAX builtin tools which create terrain and NURBS surface, the article displays the virtual of mining topography, roadway and other production systems from mining topography, geology, roadway layout and other aspects by taking roadway development period as entry point, and combined with the advantages of less storage capacity, higher self - contained type and adjustable curved CV of NURBS surface technology, it creats conditions of simulation for floor heave, caving and extrusion of surrounding rock in producing process.
