高突掘进工作面运输系统优化

Optimization of Transportation System in High Gas Outburst Heading Face

摘要 高突掘进工作面胶带输送机穿过风门时,由于截面较大,漏风严重,且在掘进工作面发生灾害时容易造成灾变扩大。为解决胶带过风门处漏风率高、风门防突强度不足的问题,设计制作了胶带过风门装置。现场使用表明:装置结构简单,胶带联动实现了自动化,大大降低了风门漏风率,提高了风门抗灾拒变能力,获得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。 As belt conveyor passing through the air door in high gas outburst heading face, because of large sectional area, serious air leakage, it is easy to cause disaster expand when the accident occurred in heading face. In order to solve the problem such as high air leakage rate at air door and insufficient strength of air door anti - gas outburst as conveyor belt passing through the door, the article designs the device for belt passing through air door. Field use shows that the device is simple in structure, the beh linkage realizes the automation, which greatly reduces the air leakage rate and improves the anti -disaster ability of air door, and it obtains the good economic benefit and social benefit.
