摘要
阐述了电容极板放置在单一平面内的水分测量原理。通过理论分析和试验比较研究了电容极板大小和间距对水分探测深度的影响。通过测量系统获得了测量信号、水分含量和探测深度之间的关系。通过测量系统硬软件的设计、分析和试验,实现了较为准确的水分测量。能起到提前预测煤矿井下透水点的位置,为透水事故发生前人员的撤离争取时间。
This article elaborates the moisture measuring principle of capacitor plates which placed in a single plane. The influence of size and space of capacitor plates on the measured depth is compared and researched through theoretical analysis and experiments. The relation between the measurement signal, moisture content and measured depth is obtained with the measurement system. The more accurate measurement of water is obtained by the design, analysis and experiments of hardware and software system. It can predict the location of the coal mine flooding in advance and gain time for evacuation of personnel before flooding accident occurred.
