摘要 创新的筒架与筒架交替支撑式液压爬升整体钢平台模架装备,适用于复杂结构超高建筑的建造,该套装备由五大系统组成。以上海中心大厦的建造为背景,对其动力系统的设计进行了研究。建立了有限元分析模型对各阶段爬升工况进行了计算分析。计算结果显示,结构的受力及变形都满足要求,同时因模型结构动力特性合理不会产生风振效应,顶升过程中的同步性效果较好。在实施过程中,亦通过实时监控对异常进行人工干预措施,取得了良好的效果。 A new equipment of self-climbing scaffolding with integral steel platform is developed for the construction of high-rise building with complex structure. This set of equipment is composed of five systems. Based on the construction of Shanghai Tower, the design of the scaffolding equipment's synchronized jacking is studied in this paper. Finite element models are established for the analysis of the equipment's synchronized jacking in different climbing conditions. The calculation results show that the stress and deformation of the structure meet the requirements, while at the same, the wind induced vibration of the scaffolding system could be avoided due to the reasonable dynamic characteristics of the model structure. Therefore, the synchronization effect of the jacking-up process is better. In the process of implementation based on the real time monitoring of abnormal artificial intervention, good results have been achieved.
