Impact of Recent Regional Wars on Requirements of Ground Air Defense Radars

该文从近来的局部战争中 ,陆基防空雷达面临的任务出发 ,简要阐述了近来出现的各种目标的特点以及防空雷达所处的作战环境与电子对抗环境。简要分析了陆基中低空防空系统在现代防空中的作用和地位。作者认为 :陆基中低空防空系统在现在的防空中是可以发挥它的重要作用的。尤其是在对付巡航导弹、武装直升机、低空飞机 (含隐身飞机 )、反辐射导弹等目标时 ,该系统是属于比较优选的武器。文中归纳了对陆基中低空防空雷达的新的要求 ,主要是 :强的抗干扰性能 ,好的低空性能 ,满足武器系统需要的探测小目标的能力 ,快速的搜捕截获目标的能力等。该文也简要分析了这些要求在陆基中低空防空雷达中的技术可实现性。

In light of tasks which ground air defense radars face in regional conflicts, this paper outlines features of recently arising targets as well as combat environments and ECCM environment which air defense radars are exposed to, and analyzes briefly functions of ground mid and low air defense systems in modern air defense. The author believes that these air defense systems can play their role especially against such preferred targets as cruise missile,attack helicopter, low flying planes(including stealthy ones) and anti radiation missile. The article concludes new requirements of ground mid and low air defense radars, which include strong ECCM capability, good low air property, capability enough for a weapon system to detect small targets, capability of rapid search and acquisition. The practicability of these requirements in ground mid and low air defense systems is also discussed in brief in this paper.
