随着抽水蓄能电站设备的国产化,其设备监造的必要性逐步显现。调峰调频发电公司作为中国南方电网下属负责常规水电厂及抽水蓄能电厂管理和建设的专业性公司,为规范设备监造活动、满足南方电网公司关于设备监造的要求,开展了水电站设备监造作业指导书的编制,并同步进行应用,取得了较好的效果。

With the increasing amount of localized equipment for the pumped storage power station, equipment manufacturing supervision becomes necessary. Electricity Peak and Frequency Regula-tory Company, as a professional subsidiary of China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd, is specialized in construction and management of hydro power stations and pumped storage power stations. In order to standardize equipment manufacturing supervision activities and to meet the manufacturing super-vision requirements set by China Southern Power Grid, hydro power station operation instructions were compiled and applied into supervision, which produced good result.
