摘要
医改大潮中,公立医院如何在坚持公益导向和政府监管的前提下保证医院正常运营,同时实现国有资产的保值增值,这是当今医改"补两头、放中间"政策背景下地市级公立医院必须直面的难题。本文旨在分析德阳市人民医院坚持以管理创新为手段,通过加强内部管理及提升运营效率促进医院跨越式发展的经验,初步探讨管理创新对公立医院运行的影响。
How to ensure the normal operation of public hospitals and achieve maintenance and appreciation of state assets on the premise of public benefit orientation and government regulation is what all prefecture-level public hospitals are facing in the context of current medical reform policy. This paper intends to discuss the impact of management innovation on the operation of public hospital by taking the example of People＇s Hospital of Deyang City （hereinafter referred to as PHDC）, which promotes great-leap-forward development by strengthening its internal management and improving its operational efficiency.
