折纸疗法对抑郁症患者治疗效果研究

The Study on Effectiveness of Origami Therapy for Patients with Depression

目的探索折纸疗法对抑郁症情绪障碍干预的有效性。方法在折纸疗法中推行情景创作、引导观察、乐中体验、点拨汇总等方法,进行为期4周的干预。选择64例抑郁症患者完成整个治疗计划,采用汉密尔顿抑郁HAMD量表在各治疗时间点前后和两组间进行比较测评,包括课堂内、外的情绪、行为上的比较。结果折纸疗法总有效率达100%,HAMD量表的总量及各因子分在各治疗的时间点,两组在干预前后及自身对照均有显著性差异,有统计学意义。结论实施折纸疗法是为抑郁症患者搭建一个能获取正能量的平台,患者通过药物治疗和特殊的心理治疗能产生更好的疗效。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of origami therapy for patients with depression.Methods Four-week origami interventions composed of scenario creation, guided observation, music enjoyment, coaching and summarizing were provided to the patients with depression. Totally, 64 patients with depression completed the entire treatment plan. Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） was used to compare the scores between the two groups as well as that before and after each treatment and the evaluation included emotion and behavior inside and outside the classroom.Result The total effective rate of treatment in origami group was 100% and difference in the total scale and factor scores of HAMD between two groups as well as that before and after the each intervention was statistically significant.Conclusion Implementation of origami therapy can build a platform where patients with depression can gain positive energy and the combination of medication and special psychological treatment can produce better outcome.
