摘要
医疗机构是知识密集型单位,医院的人力资源是最核心和最活跃的资源,医院招聘工作好坏关乎到医院生存与发展。在信息化时代的今天,如何选择合适、有效的招聘渠道,为医院战略发展招聘到不同层次、不同专业最优秀的人员是当前重要课题。本文以广西医科大学附属第四医院为例,运用回顾性分析法分析医院职工招聘的现状及存在的主要问题,探索匹配医院战略人力资源目标发展的招聘渠道,为医院战略发展提供支持。
The human resources are the core and most active resources for knowledge-intense hospital. The hospital recruitment work quality is closely related with the hospital survival and the development. In informationization time, how to choose appropriate the effective channel to recruit the most excellent personnel for the hospital strategic development is the current important topic. Taking the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University as an example, this article analyzes the present situation and the main questions with retrospective analysis, explores the recruitment channel matching the hospital strategic human resources development goal and provides the support for the hospital strategy development.
