信息系统升级促医院提升药事管理能力

The Upgrade of Hospital Information System Improves the Ability of Pharmacy Administration

目的了解医院信息系统升级对药事管理的影响效果。方法信息和药事管理人员走访临床医师、药师等医院信息系统使用者,了解使用医院信息系统升级前后的工作方式和工作内容变化。结果医院信息系统升级后,进一步规范了药品管理工作,提高了药剂科的工作效率及药学科研水平,加强了对医师处方的监管力度。结论医院信息系统升级,提高了药事管理能力。

Objective To learn the effect of hospital information system upgrade on pharmacy management.Method Staff on information and pharmacy management interviewed the system users including physicians and pharmacists to collect information on the change in the work model and content after the upgrade.Result After the upgrade, the pharmacy management was further standardized; the work efficiency of Department of Pharmacy was improved; the pharmaceutical research level was enhanced; and the supervision on the prescription was strengthened.Conclusion The hospital information system upgrade can improve the pharmacy management.
