摘要
通过国家追诉与法律监督的概念、内容、特性的阐述 ,国家追诉和法律监督两者之间具有内在统一性 ,国家追诉权与法律监督权必须由国家追诉机关兼行。
The article states the concepts,content and characteristics of national prosecution and legal supervision,the unity between national prosecution and legal supervision.The power of national prosecution and the power of legal supervision should be enforced uniformly by the government of the national prosecution.
