现行捕诉分离制度存在弊端 ,捕诉合一制度是检察机关进行内部制度改革的有益尝试。实行捕诉合一制度可能带来一些问题 。

Under our existing prosecuting system, arrest and prosecution are executed by different units. This thesis proposes a new approach to the issue, i.e. combined powers of arrest and prosecute, and focus on the advantages this new approach may bring, another part is to predict it's possible side effects and precaution.
