摘要
目的探讨医学图像处理软件Image J在评估正畸固定矫治后牙釉质脱矿白斑的发生率、平均覆盖率及严重程度中的作用。方法收集208例患者完成固定正畸矫治后的临床数码照片和口内检查患者的牙龈指数,应用医学图像处理软件Image J评估8颗上颌前牙颊面的牙釉质脱矿白斑发生率和平均覆盖率,分析比较好发白斑的牙位与白斑的面积及不同性别患者白斑发生率和白斑平均覆盖率的差异,综合评价白斑发生率和白斑平均覆盖率与患者牙龈指数的关系。结果在8颗上颌前牙颊面至少有1个白斑的发生率为31.3%,白斑的平均覆盖率为8.4%,白斑发生率由高到低的顺序为:侧切牙34.8%,尖牙28.8%,第一前磨牙26.9%,中切牙20.7%。不同性别患者的白斑发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05),牙龈指数越高的患者白斑发生率越高,牙釉质脱矿白斑的平均覆盖率级别越高。结论使用Image J图像处理软件可以评价正畸固定矫治后上颌前牙牙釉质脱矿白斑的发生率和严重程度。
Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the incidence and the mean coverage rate of white spot lesions through medical Image J software and to evaluate the severity of enamel demineraliza-tion exactly.Methods 208 clinical digital photos of patients who received fixed orthodontic treatment and the gingival index of patients examined in oral were collected.Then the incidence and the mean coverage rate of white spot lesions of the labial surface of 8 maxillary anterior teeth were evaluated through medical Image J software.Based on the data,this paper analyzed and compared whether the white spot lesions would appear on the particular tooth positions and whether the area of the white spot lesions would be lar-ger on the particular tooth positions.Whether the difference of the incidence and the mean coverage rate of white spot lesions between different genders exist or not would be examined.Comprehensive evaluation of relationship would be carried out between the incidence and the mean coverage rate of white spot lesions and the gingival index of patients.Results The incidence of at least 1 white spot lesion on the labial sur-face of the maxillary anterior teeth was 31.3% and the average white spot lesion coverage was 8.4%.The order of incidence was lateral incisor(34.8%),canine (28.8%),premolar (26.9%),and central incisor (20.7%).It was no difference between sex .The higher the gingival index of patients was,the higher the grade of white spot lesion was.Conclusion The incidence and severity of white spot lesions on the maxil-lary anterior teeth could be evaluated effectively through medical Image J software.
